Women, today, are breaking the barriers and working in every sector. At the same time, it is seen that women are sexually harassed at the workplace for various reasons like exhibiting organizational power, in cases of increment/promotion, or because women are seen as weaker gender of the society.

The POSH act was incorporated, by the Indian Government, to provide protection to any woman who is facing sexual harassment by any employee, boss or third party at the workplace.
